[SOLVED] SD card always asking to be formatted

My micro SD card is always asking to be formatted every time i put it in my laptop, it was working just find yesterday but today it keeps asking to be formatted every time I plug it in.

Probably went bad. What happens when you do the format? Keep in mind it will erase your data but it's not working anyway so there is really no loss there.
