Sd card not working

I got a 64 GB micro sd card from a old box and found out my pc didn't see it right, i got a message in file explorer: drive E:/ was not found.

Already tried chkdsk

There could be a lot at play or nothing at all.
1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?
2| Can you also list the memory card reader that you used to work with your SD card?
3| How old is the SD card?
4| Is the card detected and recognized by other machines in your household?
