sd card problem

hello could someone please help me I have a 32gb sd card.. but when I put it on my pc it doesn't show up.. when I try to format it. it shows my disk capacity is 30 megs. and when I say format it says the disk is write protected

Sorry to say but it is most likely bad buddy. Typical sings of failed/failing SD cards
