Sd card problem

In my 4gb sd card of sandIsk...many time I tried to delete files....but after some time it shows that failed to delete the file...even the deleted items sometime appears after few hours..
Even after formating my sd card...the deleted items appears after some time...
Please help..

When it say's storage full but bmy SD card is almost empty and when I try to store things on it, it doesn't let me
