SD Card Problems Please Someone Help!!!!!!!!!

When i plug my SD card into my computer it says: "You need to format the disk in drive E: before you can use it."

So i press format disk (this sd card is empty i cleared it before this whole problem happened). And every thing on my card is default it is formatting to FAT but i have tried every thing NTFS,FAT32,and exFAT. Quick Format and Normal Format.

All with no luck it just says: Windows was unable to complete the format. So i press ok and close the format window. And another windows says Windows Cant Format E. Check to see that the disk and drive are connected properly,make sure that the disk is not read only, and then try again. For more information, search for read only files and how to change them.

The drive is inaccessible, it show raw file format in disk check, and the read only sd card adapter is not on.

Anyone have any suggestions this SD card goes to a phone.

I wouldn't chance it if its giving you this much trouble and just trash it for a new one.

You could try formatting it on the phone, some support this, but i wouldn't trust the drive with anything based on what youve posted here.

Go to Start Menu, right click Computer and Select Manage, Select Device Manager Then Locate the USB And Uninstall it, now Restart the computer and let the USB Re-Install Itself.

2: Go to Start menu, computer, locate the USB, Right click it and hit properties, Locate and Run A Disk Check For The USB. Fix Any Error's.

I forgot to tell you but i am running Windows 10 Home Edition.

But i found everything and uninstalled the drivers restarted my pc and then when i pressed check disk it said it had to format the drive first.

Anyone else have a solution.
