SD Card Reader Not Working After Upgrading to Windows 10

As the title states when I updated my laptop (lenovo E545) to windows 10 my SD card stopped being recognized. I checked the device manager and it doesn't look like there's anything for SD cards. I tried download this: http://support.lenovo.com/ca/en/products/Laptops-and-netbooks/ThinkPad-Edge-laptops/ThinkPad-Edge-E545/downloads/DS031822 but no luck there. I have also confirmed that the sd card is still working. Also I'm on 64 bit windows 10.

No luck there mean? can't install, install with error? install but still not showing in device manager?

It installs with no errors showing up, then when i restart my computer to test if it's working nothing happens. The realtek drivers are in my installed software list so I'm guessing they installed correctly. Also no there's still no drivers in device manager (card reader drivers)

Apparently after I install it there's suppose to be the realtek driver under the universal serial bus controllers, but it doesn't look like it's there.
