SD card reader read various cards at once?

Does a SD card reader or hub that can read multiple different SD memory cards at once even exist?

For example I have a bunch of micro SD/SD/MMS pro duo cards laying around and I am wondering if I can buy something that can combine all the memory at once? For my tablet.
