You should never post your private mails on the thread in case of any spammer.
But, right now, you could try to use a memory card data recovery program to restore your data back, especially some free ones available on the internet. You’d better do some researching and select a most faithful one.
Next time, you should never try to save everything only on one card or drive in case of similar problem.
