How do you clone a small SD card to a new large one for Moto G5 (Android)?

Make a backup of your current phone config and then restore it (using the new larger SD card). Several ways to do it.

If you can read the card in Windows - just copy files and folders over.
If there are partitions Windows does not recognize - cloning applications should do the job.
