It will depend where you bought the 32Gb SD card from.
If you bought it from e bay for a very cheap price the chances are its a fake SD card.
And is no where near the 32 Gb storage capacity it states.
Ebay is rife with SD cards that do this where they fake the actual capacity the sd card displays.

You can tell this when you go to format the SD card and it stops at a set % when formatting the card.
So if you bought the card from e bay, and the price of it was very cheap indeed compared to if you bought it from a local phone shop ect, it will be fake.
Probably no more than 4 to 8 Gb`s in actual storage capacity.
There is an old saying, if the price looks too good to believe, over other cards of the same quoted storage capacity.
Then it usually is too good too good to believe, in other words something is not right or you are being coned.
And not getting the actual Item in question.
Fake.
