SD Card wont saving Star named (*) folder

When ever i tried to download the star * named folder with torrent in ext SD card its shows error ( file not found ) but it work when i change download location to internal storage. after googling for solution i found that ext

sd card not creating folder with special characters . so is there any way to bypass it ?

Rename it.

'*' is an unreadable file name to the computer, almost like a foreign language to it. Try renaming the file then downloading it.

The asterisk (*) is an illegal character for file/folder names in Windows because it's reserved for use as a "wildcard". Another example is the question-mark (?).

You can't get around that.
