SD Card Worries

Hi, i have a sandisk 16gb ultra in my phone, i have been using it for months but what worries me is that after rage things i did to my phone like throw it (not like pitching a ball) but a small throw. Can it also damage an SD card. Im worried in the speed of the SD card, aswell as how many mb is there in my sd card

Damage to the SD card is more likely to be be all-or-nothing. It will work or it won't. It won't generally degrade.
