I have two broken sd cards. With different errors.I can use them both but I only have partial access.

Hmm sdacrd1.
The error I encountered is I can access my card on my pc all files are there and I can access them but I can't modify them like delete, cut or add new files, even my phone doesn't reads it. I tried everything different format methods, tried card reader and unlock it but didn't work. When I used chkdsk I found ann error at 96% which say invalid link something smd file in android secure folder. So, I guess the issue is with that file but as I already mentioned I can't modify any of the files in my sdcard. This is the issue with my 1st sdcard.

Sdcard2
My phone doesn't reads it even my pc, but when I place it in my card reader an pull the switch towards the lock and insert it, then my pc is able to read it, than again I can't do anything only acces the files but can't modify, tried all format methods and chkdsk but didn't work. So guys any idea? Please help.

What size are these cards and how are you formatting them - i.e. NTFS or FAT32 etc.

Try booting your computer with Ubuntu and then attempt to format the cards. If formatted, then attempt to copy and delete from within Ubuntu. If that works then once again, format the cards and then reboot to Windows. Then test from there.
