SDXC Memory Card Help Needed

My father has a brought a Panasonic SDXC 64 GB Micro P2 Memory Card.He uses Panasonic MicroP2 Memory Card Adapter when he wants to connect the memory card in the Camcorder.But he has asked me to buy and SDXC to USB 2.0(PC) and I don't seem to find one.
Any kind of help is appreciated.
