Question Seagate 1TB no power after connecting to a faulty modular supply

Seagate 1TB has no power after connecting to a faulty modular supply, not working in other pc either. Same thing happened with 2TB drive but i had my data in 1TB so please help with fixing it. The supply was a CX650M

what do you get after connecting it to a PC?

send a screenshot of disk management once it's attached.

Can you be more detailed about what you did, how and why? Let's get the entire story from top to bottom. Also include how it's "not working" as that's rather ambiguous wording.
