Seagate 2Tb external HDD issue

I have a 1 year old external seagate backup plus which was working fine till two days ago on different computers.
Today it is showing in devices, drives can be seen in device manager, in disk rive and storage. But it doesnot show in disk management or my conputer.
I tried different cables and different systems. Same issue in all of them.

Hello afseena353. Try going to device manager and uninstalling the driver for the external drive. Once that is done, disconnect the external drive, reboot your unit and then connect the drive again. That should re install the driver. Best of luck!
