Both. I found the issue. Disk priorities in bios solved the issue. Now I got high transfer speeds.Is this during an actual file transfer (those numbers might be typical/normal for a batch of files to/from a 5400 RPM external drive), or during a CrystalDiskMark sequential reads/writes? (In short, you can't expect much more than 110 MB/sec sequential from 5400 RPM drives on benchmarks, and, expect even far less on copying a folder containing lots of small/medium files)
