I recently bought this drive:
http://www.seagate.com/ca/en/internal-hard-drives/desktop-hard-drives/desktop-hdd/?sku=ST4000DM000

I installed the drive in my computer and after some necessary driver updates for my Intel Sata RAID controller my HDD is now seen by Windows 7 x64 as 3725.90 GB.
I tried to download the DiscWizard from Seagate and when I tried to install the software my HDD was not recognized? W
What could be the problem here ?

The other related question the transfer speed from a WD15EADS-00P drive to my new drive.
The WD disk is om bus 1, the new disk is on bus 4 Transfer speed is around 70B/s Is this normal ?

Solution
DiscWizard may not recognize your Seagate drive because it's connected to RAID controller.
You can change your sata ports to AHCI mode (but that may require reinstallation of Windows).

And data transfer speed - you meant 70MB/s right?
Sequental writes to ST4000DM000 should be about 90MB/s.

Limiting factor here is your WD15EADS drive. It has sequental read spead about 70-80MB/s.

So - everything is normal.
