Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB (portable) issues

i have seagate STDR2000302 hard drive. now there is no light blinking. now i replaced the PCB from new hard drive. still light is not blinking plus hard drive motor is not running. Plz help me. now what can i do?

Over in hddguru.com's forum, conventional drive I think, I remember reading where even things beyond the PCB was replaced, and of cours,e with the same platters. I'm not remembering if many attempts were successful. A few gurus in here can advise you.
