Hey,
I have an asus chi t100 and I am trying to connect to an external hdd. I am using the micro B port and plugging that into my seagate hdd. However, when I plug it into the laptop nothing happens. Nothing shows up in the device manager. I read some where that maybe my tablet doesn't have enough power to start up the hdd, but when I plug it in you can feel it spin up. However, I tried using a y cable to give it more power but it didn't accomplish anything. I have another smaller 500 GB hdd that I tried plugging into to tablet but it didn't work either.
Both hdds work in my windows 7 desktop. The tablet is a windows 10, would this have something to do with?
Thanks!
