Which is better to initialize my Seagate Barracuda 1TB......MBR or GTP?

Don't plan on using it in other computers.

Go with MBR. Unless the drive is more than 2TB in storage capacity, you shouldn't go with GPT.

Well, actually this is a bit of personal preference of mine. Legacy versions of BIOS and older OS versions may have trouble with a GPT drive, that's why GPT is recommended for newer computers which support UEFI. I prefer to go with MBR because of the better compatibility. You could go with GPT if you want as well.
