Seagate Barracuda 1TB replace with SSD?

Hi - Can you replace a Seagate ST31000528AS 1TB SATA drive in a desktop with a SSD - Solid State Drive? They should both be SATA, but connectors look different.

Solution
Easily done.
Use the free Samsung ssd migration tool to move your C drive to a Samsung ssd.
Then repurpose your hard drive for bulk sequential storage.

The extra 4 pin power connector has become obsolete, it could have been used in stead of the sata connector if your psu did not have a sata power connector.
