Depends on what you're going to be using it for.
The Seagate is faster (they no longer use the Barracuda name, FYI). You want it if it's your boot drive.
However, it's not rated for 24/7 operation and uses more power than the green drive.

Any drive can fail at any time. That's why you have backups. You do have backups, don't you?
Green would be good as a backup drive, but backup drives don't typically get heavy use 24/7.
I'd probably be looking at a NAS drive if you expect heavy use.
