[SOLVED] Seagate Barracuda 2Tb spins all time!

Hello to everyone!
I ve just bought this hard drive and when i plun in the power starts spinning all time and it makes a noise like a fan.I run some diagnostics end everything seems fine.Is there any way to see at a certen time how many rpm has?My other HDDs i have are quite and work when i need them.Also the task manager shows that the drive doing nothing and its at 0% like its idle.
Should i return it back to the shop?

I use HD tune.Now i did also a check with sea tools and nothing is wrong.I also set the sleep time to 1 minute but still i hear it running like fan.

Are your sure it is the HDD? Try the acoustic test described in this article via SeaTools.
