I have an Asus Prime B350 Plus motherboard and I have an SSD and an HDD plugged into my motherboard.
Whenever I try to boot into bios, my hard drive doesn't show up at all in the boot manager. The only thing that I have installed on my SSD is a copy of windows. When I unplug my SSD however, my hard drive shows up, and I can boot off of it.

Please help

Thank you

Thank you so much
I am decent at computers and i built it myself, but i am not too great at motherboards.

Can I use a 2.5-inch SSD with my hard drive then? I'm guessing not but please tell me/
Thank you once again

It has 6 SATA ports.

AMD B350 chipset :
4 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray,
Support Raid 0, 1, 10
AMD Ryzen 2nd Generation/ Ryzen with Radeon Vega Graphics/ Athlon with Radeon Vega Graphics/ Ryzen 1st Generation/ 7th Generation A-Series/ Athlon X4 Processors :
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray,
AMD Ryzen™ 2nd Generation/ Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics/ Ryzen™ 1st Generation Processors :
1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)*2
AMD 7th Generation A-Series/Athlon X4 Processors :
1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 2 mode)*3
AMD Athlon™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processors :
1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (SATA mode)*3
-------------------------------------
2*The M.2 Socket shares bandwidth with the SATA6G_5/6 ports, therefore the SATA6G_5/6 ports cannot be used when a SATA/PCIE mode M.2 device is installed

Use of that 970 EVO turns SATA 5 & 6 OFF.
