Seagate Barracuda (lifetime warranty) vs Seagate Constellation CS at same price?

Need a new hard drive as I only have 50GB left of my TB and found 2 that seem good. The Barracuda ST3000DM001 with a lifetime warranty for £75 or a shop demonstration model of the constellation CS ST3000NC002 for the same price.

This PC is used for gaming, I realise a hard drive doesn't do much for gaming so would I be better to get the barracuda which I know is new and comes with lifetime warranty or the constellation CS which I know is a better drive however don't know if I'd notice the difference and it's a great deal but is a used model and only has a 3 month warranty.

It's a special introductory thing, 1 per person. Which is the better choice do you reckon, the lifetime warranty barracuda or cheap constellation CS?
