Seagate Barracuda OR WD Caviar Green ?

I am planning to get an internal hard drive of 2 TB in size and i want some advice regarding it.
I wanna know which one is better in terms of durability, performance and transfer speed at 6GB/s slot.

The Barracuda, its equivalent in performance to a WD Black, while the Green is intended for low performance, low power consumption.
