[SOLVED] seagate barracuda pro noise

hello everyone
I bought Seagate backup hub 10tb from a month ago
I had two issues of temperature and making unknown sound and I don't know is that normal or what
and I do all test from Seagate tools and it passes all tests

the noise happens in read most of the time than write
the temp reaches 48-52 c with normal use (no copy or past) and it reaches 61c on full load (my room temp 27 c)
anyone can help plz

I found someone had the same noise issue
I don't know is this common issue

Normal for an SMR drive, they do background maintenance when they can.
