Seagate Barracuda ST3250620A N-Channel MOSFET replacement

Greetings everybody,

I need to find a compatible replacement for obsolete Fairchild FDFS6N303 N-Channel MOSFET to replace bad one and get data back from HDD.

Rated for a little less current (4A instead of 6A), but it should be OK if you're not using it long term.

Can't guarantee that replacing one FET+diode will fix it, though. It may have caused other issues when it failed.

Or completely replace the board, eBay has them, make sure to get one with the same firmware version.
