Seagate Dashboard or Windows 10 File History backup?

Hi. I just purchased a Seagate Backup Hub external drive and noticed that it comes with an application called Seagate Dashboard. I am currently backing up with Windows 10 File history. Does any one have an opinion as to whether it would be preferable for me to switch to Seagate Dashboard, or continue with my current backup method.

I have a strong preference for Macrium Reflect.
