Seagate External Hard Drive coming up as both RAW and NTFS format

I have Seagate GoFlex 500gb External Hard Drive and when I use command prompt it is telling me that it is in NTFS format but in Disk Management it is saying that it is in a RAW format. I can't read anything on the hard drive.Also when I ran Dskchk prompt it was showing many section as unreadable.And data in HDD is important for me.
Please tell me how to recover data..

You will need to use some data recovery tool for RAW drivers.
