seagate hardisk not recognising

My hard disk is not getting deteched. i tried other computers too still it doesnt work. i connect the hard disk to the power supply, i could feel the vibration when i keep the hand on it. but light is not on. and not deteched by my computer. can anyone help me?

If not detected in BIOS, then the HDD might be defective.
