Is there any other way to recover this drive? to make it work normally?
(drive is empty I already formatted.)
does low level fix?

While there is some answers like this http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2234966/hard-disk-end-end-error.html
I am aware when you go above 1.5TB there is limitations based on
A) Version of Windows your running the software (HDTune, Crystal, etc.) on
B) the BIOS of the motherboard the drive is connected to (hence the 'controller error')
and in some cases (C) the actual problem was the PSU wasn't powerful enough to support the higher demands of the HDD with the other components.

Hi there Acronis,

That is unpleasant. 🙁
My suggestion would be to attach the drive with different cables(both SATA and power ones) to another SATA port and re test.
In case you get similar issues, you could consider replacing the drive. In case it is under warranty, you can just contact the manufacturer's Support and eventually RMA it.
I doubt that this could be fixed with reformat, as this parameter could indicate some physical issue.

Let me know in case you have some more questions,

I didnt even used this drive, only for backup once in a month, it was staying in a ladder.
Is there a tool that can probably fix it? isolate bad sectors?
Seagate tool obviously dont do the job. Such is the quality of hardware, such software.

it isn't bad sectors. As I linked the error is a controller error, which is the error correcting of the data as read from the drive as compared to when handed off to the RAM (where the data first travels to). This can be the controller built into the drive, or (as I noted) the onboard controller SATA interface on your Mobo, or could be (as I noted) where there isn't enough power to power PERFECTLY that (and probably other parts) and it is throwing up the red flag when 'pushed' to do heavy loads like this.

Again, check with your MOBO maker for a BIOS update, make sure your version of Windows (earlier versions of Windows don't support above 1.5TB) supports 3TB, make sure you have enough power to power all components INCLUDING this drive (if you had enough for the components BEFORE attaching this drive, this may be the 1% more than you can output on your PSU).

It is the same state in another sata slot.
I cant believe that this seagate app make it worse, it was in warning state and after SeaTools for Windows "fixed it" it is in failed state.

If I understand this damage could be in electronics? so I can use board from another seagate hdd of same model.
