seagate HDD failure when connected as dual storage with wd ssd

hello i bought an ssd couple of months ago and loaded my os win 7 into it and im also using it with my 500gb HDD few days passed my hdd had this clicking sound and my computer became soo slow then i exchanged my hdd with new one and faced the same problem just after a day

im using HDD only for storage.

is the problem with ssd or motherboard?

this started only after i connected the ssd

Clicking sound is not a good sound; two clicking HDs in a row is not a good thing. This is just a wild question on my part: is there any chance the computer is being accidentally bumped by something more than once during the day?
