Question Seagate HDD in intermittent state (can't initialize) (I/O ERROR) after I cancelled their software's sanitization progress

I tried every know method like using the cmd to try and clean the HDD but it says the same error that the HDD can't be initialized. I tried to disk check but the disk check requires a letter and my HDD is non-formatted because I can't initialize. So I'm trying this HDD regenerator but it says there is no bad sectors found. Already did the basic steps like reinstalling the driver but always the problem is that the HDD can't be initialized just because it's in a intermminent state after I cancelled own Seagate sanitization tool because the progress bar was stuck at 0%

Also don't use sanitization on HDD use the overwrite and their many other better methods.
