[SOLVED] Seagate HDD not showing

I bought new cpu AMD with B450 aorus elite.
suddenly after installing new windows. my main HDD drive not showing as it was working fine.
i had it since 2012 .
one thing that is driving me crazy that i removed my sdd hard and checked if i can install windows on the Seagate HDD and was able to see the hard inside that page where you can format the partition.

I can't seem to find it in device management or disk management. and i don't know what to do.
I will buy new one but i need the date

Hard seagate should be 2 partitions called ssd and storage.

List full specs of your system. Are any of your drives in M.2 form factor?

You didn't list model names of your storage devices.
Are any of your drives connected externally (via usb to sata adapter) ?

The 3.86GB capacity is symptomatic of an internal fault with the HDD. It suggests that the drive has firmware problems, or head/media problems, or both.

No it is connected internally

and the unviewable pic is for initializing the unlocated hard drive.

could the data be saved ? I just need it . and how to move the date. should it be fixed as in hardware fix or can i do it ?

You would need to engage a DR shop. They have the pro tools.
