Seagate NAS 400 Black Armor Database locked?

I have 155,000 files in the Recycle bin manager in the NAS. Everytime I try to undelete something is gives me an error saying DB Error: Data base is locked. I have pictures inside the folders in the shares, instead of pictures, its a Thumb.db file that is about 2MB each? How do I recover those pictures?

Unfortunately it didnt help, it said i need to download Microsoft Access which i dont have.
