For some reason my older Seagate Personal Cloud 5TB drive won't connect to Seagate's portal. I've tried the reset. No go.
If I take the drive out of the enclosure and put it into another external enclosure and plug it into my Windows or MAC, I can see the 5 partitions but I cannot mount them (File System) -- Any idea if there is some way to recover the data?
