Hello, I recently purchased a SSHD in December and finished my rig about a week ago, during OS installation, I heard a few clicks, nothing too bad, but then last night, I turned on my PC, ran a game, then it was "Tink" city. So, my Questions are...

(1) Would Seagate give me a refund?

(2) I Don't need any of the data that was on the drive, as there wasn't much but Games that I barely scratched the surface of, should I try and clear it before I ship it out?

(3) How exactly do I check for a dead drive when I can't even download the software to my PC?

(4) Do I even have to run their tests? I know with out a doubt it's dead, I get black screen on start up.

(5) Could I install an OS in my RAM? LOL! JK, but the real question is, does Seagate have a number I could call for support?

I love seagate's products and I plan on buying more in the future, but for now, I think the money would go farther than the drive would 🙁 it's my first PC build too!!!
