Sealed Liquid Cooling Help

This may be a really nooby questions, but i'm new to PC building. Do i have to refill/change my sealed liquid cooler every 6 months? Some say if its a sealed liquid cooler i never have to change the coolant.

No - the whole point of a sealed, or all-in-one liquid cooler as they are often known, is that you never have to deal with liquids. I have Corsair H80i and H100i coolers in my PCs, for example - you fit the pump to the processor, the radiators to the case, plug in the power, and your good to go.
