I am not getting accurate results of official websites on top of the search engines but am able to download limited things.
When running windows network diagnostics, it says that widows cannot connect to the internet using http https or ftp and that this maybe caused due to the firewall settings. It also says that I may need to contact my ISP or the manufacturer of my firewall software. It also asks me to check firewall settings for http port 80, https port 443, ftp port 21
I'm not running any anti virus software.
How do I Resolve this issue?

There are mostly fake browsers but I'm not sure and there are too many restrictions on my network probably because someone has instructed my ISP so I can't do much in this case. What I figured today is that atleast I can use a proxy server so I tried to add an Indian Transparent proxy address to port 8080 and ticked bypass. I'm no engineer but I'm sure that this is happening because my authoritative server isn't sending official results to the router or NAT.

I use a basic Nokia handset that is sadly installed with malware/spyware too!
An iPhone 5s running on ios 10.3.2 carrier 3G internet connectionis is giving me false results so I came to the conclusion that it is probably routed /ported too!
