Search for the best Motherboard for Picture & Video Editing up incl. 4k

Hi ,
i want to built a new powerfull Computer for Picture and Video Editing in 4k including ripping transcoding and so on!

1)Motherboard?
can someone recomend a good and cheap 2017er Motherboard for Picture (.cr2) and Video-Editing in 4k! It should be the best components i could get in order to Price & Performance!

2)Memory?

3)Processor?

4)Graphicscard?
...or would it be better to buy a Mainboard with HDMI and / or DP? I would like to use TWO Monitors and it would be great if both can be 4k Monitors! And also great would be a 3rd Monitor (my TV) over HDMI!

When i studied i build always my own Computers, but since many years i am out of this Business and nowadays i have no idea!

If you get a graphic card you don't need any video outputs on MB.
Jobs you want computer for require as many fast cores as possible an a lot of RAM. As long as it's compatible with processor and can accommodate a lot of RAM (32GB) it has no other influence on whole system performance.
Apparently new AMD Ryzen R7 1800x processor is best for jobs like that right now.
