Question search results confusion for simple motherboard requirements

simply looking for 4 requirements for next motherboard in order of need:
1- micro atx
2- ryzen 3
3- dual slot m2 and or nvme
4- usbc (or usb4)
thats it and if doesnt exist will special order.............. not
searching for all this does not compute for google etc maybe you can help? TIA, dev

B450 chipset, the M at the end of the B450 would designate matx/micro atx. You want dual NVMe support or are you okay with one being SATA and one being NVMe? I'm referring to your point about dual slot M.2. Please mention the processor you want to work with instead of vaguely mentioning the entire series bracket.

Where are you located, what is your budget and what is your preferred site for purchase?

Your requirements aren't completely explicit. For example, dual m.2 slots might be 1 NVMe and 1 SATA only. Is that acceptable ?
By "ryzen 3" do you mean any 3xxx series CPU or do you actually mean ZEN 3 which is 5xxx series?
USB-C is a form factor. Do you need 5Gb transfer? 10Gb? 20Gb? And do you need transfer rates only or do you need the additional wattage possible with USB-C ?

Lots of ambiguity.
