Search Windows finds nothing

So far i like win 10, but when i search for something it almost NEVER brings anything up that i want. Say for instance i want to search for a Rocket League, ill type that into the windows search annnnnd i get something completely unrelated... i have cortana turned off so its not a internet search. anyone know how to fix this?

If I type in Rocket League it just brings up a bing search. Pretty much what happens if I type in anything. Are you not even getting that much? Cortona can't even answer questions about windows 10 without just bringing up a bing search. Pretty useless, lets hope it gets better.
