Searching 100$ gpu??

As of right now, my pc has a AMD saphire 5450 gpu 2gb ddr3.
standard PSU 365 watt.
Which GPU, i should have bought in the first place;without replacing the 365 watt PSU.
PC is HP CMT E8600.

I would get an AMD R7 250X. They cost $100, not including shipping and tax. You might be able to find one on sale, though.

If $100 is your absolute cut-off and you can't find a 250X on sale, you can go for the R7 250, it runs like $10-15 cheaper before tax/shipping.

gpu is a good one thanks for the advice.
but will it conform to the specs of my PC.i don't want to change anything else except for the gpu.

Yup, that's the one. It's a pretty small card so it should physically fit in your case without any issues. You won't need to buy a new psu either.
