Well well, hello THGC long time not posted.

Anyway right to business: I'm searching for a good, not expensive TV-card (PAL!) with FM radio support (both cable ofcourse) preferably with a remote. I want to use this card to view TV and listen radio on my PC so I don't have to buy a TV. Recording functions are welcome too.

My knowledge about TV cards is close to zero so please advise me which type of card I can buy best.

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM

Too bad you aren't also in the market for a video card, my AIW 9600 Pro has both TV and FM, it's nearly *perfect*. The ones sold in Europe should support PAL standard.

Here is one:
<A HREF="http://usa.asus.com/products/vga/tvfm/overview.htm" target="_new">Asus TV FM card</A>

Not sure if its good or not but its made by a reputable company and supports PAL while touting a remote.

I already have a Radeon 9700 Pro... so buying a new videocard is a little bit of overkill.

Is the Pinnalce PCTV Pro a nice card?

I've found a review and it indeed looks very promissing... too bad I yet have to find a store that sells it in my country.

Yes, the only way it could be completely perfect is if:

1) It used 2 DVI connections instead of two VGA outputs, and had 2 adapters for VGA
2) It had 8 pipes and a 256-bit memory interface, but was still based on .13 micron process.
