I'm currently searching for Socket 775 LGA, PCI Express x16 and DDR3 or DDR4 ram slot motherboard. Do anyone know motherboard with these specifications?

You won't find a Socket 775 motherboard that supports DDR4. They don't exist.

What is your motherboard budget? Do you prefer ATX or mATX?
