Searching for a Smartphone $0-$300

I was first looking for a iOS but you're so limited to your choices and to the prices.
So for now I do not mind what OS I get.
What really is important for me right now is battery life, camera quality, and space storage.
I would mainly use it to browse the web, music, and Netflix.
I also multitask often between apps, etc. so ram should be decent.
I would like it to be unlocked also, i don't want to stick to just one carrier.
Discussions are also welcomed.

Samsung Galaxy A-5 a good phone for what you want and excellent battery life.Moto G good also.
