I saw that one but it's TN not IPS

At $280 price range you won't find a monitor with 1ms response time and 144Hz refresh rate having a IPS panel ( they have slow response time but wider viewing angle)

Even BenQ XL2720Z 27" 144 Hz 1ms has TN panel but costs around $450

IPS will obviously have colours a
billion times better than the you'll get from a TN display, but the effect a higher refresh rate has on responsiveness and vertical tearing is hard to turn down. You simply have to ask yourself if you want better colours, and either deal with the lag of Vsync or horrible vertical tearing, or you
want comparatively poor colours but little/no vertical tearing and a faster display.

If you have a decent gaming system sufficient to give 120 FPS then you should stick with 144Hz monitor otherwise standard 60-75Hz monitor with IPS panel will be best.

I think you will have a problem.
IPS panels look better and have better viewing angles, but do not refresh as fast as tn panels.

In the unlikely event that your graphics configuration can deliver 120fps playing your games, then look for a tn panel.
Otherwise, the typical 60hz refresh rate will have to do.

In my specs I said 1,2,3,4 or 5 ms and 122hz or 144hz
IPS has better colors and slower refresh
What do you mean about refresh?
So the only problem is color.. and what's g sync much people talking about

Refresh rate is the rate at which the screen data is refreshed, the higher the numbers the faster it refreshes.

A monitor with 60Hz refresh rate will only be able to display upto 60fps in games, this can cause tearing if you'r getting higher than 60fps in a particular game. A 144Hz monitor will be able to display upto 144fps.

A TN panel generally lacks in wider viewing angles, the colors are fine though not good as IPS panel while IPS panel lacks in faster refresh rates & response time but excellents in better viewing angles

1ms response time means that a pixel requires 1ms time in transistion from grey to grey, the lesser is response time better is gaming experience.

input lag, and stutter. You need a G-SYNC enabled monitor, allowing G-SYNC to synchronize the monitor's refresh rate to the output of the GPU(fps), resulting in a tear-free, faster, smoother experience.

the 1.2.3.4.5 ms is a measurement of grey to grey transition time. There is no common standard among monitors on how to measure this.

If you have a couple of candidate monitors, try to find some reviews, They will often show the relevant input delay times that you want. This is most important for first person shooters.
