searching for small cpu cooler

today i realized that my phenom ii x4 970(no oc) runs too hot (60 celsius, idle!!) so now i should buy a better cooler. right now i have a sh***y noname cooler, i wonder how didnt i think about overheating.
so my budget is around 35$ , my mobo is an asus m5a78l-m usb3, so i cant install a huge cooler in there.
any suggestions?

I used this vortex plus on some builds [2 amd and 1 intel ] seemd to me to do a good job for what it is and for amd it uses the stock latch to secure it down ..

No current aftermarket cpu coolers are generally limited by the motherboard.
It is the case which determines the limitations.
I might suggest the cryorig H7 $35. It has a quieter 120mm fan and needs only 145mm above the cpu socket.
